Q2: Can we talk to a team member with questions over the phone?
Yes, you can, please give us a call or email to have a team member answer any questions you may have.
Q3: Do you sell used equipment?
Yes, please call us and we can send you our used equipment list.
Q4: Are all of your fabrics flame retardant?
90% of our fabrics are flame retardant.
Q5: If we are placing a large order can we have a representative come out to do a training for these products?
Yes, but we would have to schedule a time and date. If it’s out of south Florida we would have to discuss traveling expenses.
Q6: Who can i contact in regards to my order and general inquiries?

2. Order & Shipping Information
Q1: If i don’t see a specific size or color can i get a custom quote?
Yes, please email us sales@churchfabricsolutions.com
Q2: Can i make changes to my order?
No, once an order is placed you cannot make any changes. You can, however, return or exchange (see returns).
Q3: When does my order ship?
Your order will ship after 1-4 days depending on the products. Scuba Walls, Pop Up Displays and Digital Prints take longer than other products. When the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, once it is shipped you will receive a tracking number
Q4: How do i know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is placed.

3. Returns and Refund Information
Q1: What is your return address?
Return to our shipping address within 10 days of receiving the product:
- Please contact us at sales@church fabric solutions before you ship your return product.
- We have a couple of fulfillment centers therefore please email us before shipping
Q2: Can i get a refund or make an exchange?
All sales are final except for damaged items, however, returns will be honored up to 10 days from when the product was received. Upon return, Churchfab will only accept an exchange in the same condition we sent them. Store-credit will be issued in the amount paid excluding shipping costs – and refunds will not be accepted after 14 days. We recommend you carefully review your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
